Shetty Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences is a unit of Shetty Group of Institutions (SGI) under Sri Shetty Sangappa Memorial Trust founded by Mr Uday Shankar Shetty, a dynamic personality and the mastermind behind this prestigious organization. Shetty Group of Institutions established in the year 2000. Shetty Group of Institutions comprises of Engineering, Homoeopathy, Ayurvedic, Pharmacy, Nursing, Paramedical and Physiotherapy institutions. This education major has set a hall mark standard in professional education sector which allows it to redefine its own standards consistently. The 20 acres campus is replete with facilities like spacious Classrooms, Smart classrooms, well equipped Labs, Central Library, Theater Auditorium,  Hostel, Food Court, Playground, Medicinal Garden etc. located on Shahabad road, Kalaburagi, Karnataka. SGI has dedicated itself to the cause of providing quality education.

ABOUT COLLEGE:

The Shetty Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences was established in the year 2017 to empower budding Pharmacist with technical and entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, and to assist them in having a holistic growth. Located just on the other side of the Ring Road, on Gulbarga Shahabad Highway (NH 150), the college nestles amidst sprawling 22 acres of greenery with a hilly backdrop. The campus breathes fresh air of nature and has vast green pastures, free from pollution and litter. The ambience is ideal for learning, research and living.

The college has a team of highly qualified and experienced faculty members who are dedicated to provide personalized attention to students and creating a stimulating learning environment. At SIP, students have access to state-of-the-art facilities, including well-equipped labs, libraries, medicinal garden, model pharmacy as well as a variety of extracurricular activities and clubs. The college also provides a range of support services to students, including career guidance, counseling and placement assistance. Shetty Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences is affiliated with Board of Examining Authority under FDA Bangalore and Rajiv Gandahi University of Health Sciences Karnataka Bangalore, approved by Pharmacy Council of India New Delhi and permitted by Govt. of Karnataka.. The college offers diploma D.Pharm and undergraduate B.Pharm program.
